Car-Lux is dedicated to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. However, should you not be satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of the day you take delivery of it. For further information please read the FAQs below.

 

Before returning your item(s), you must notify us by sending us an e-mail using the Contact Us form or at support@carcleaningproducts.co.uk. This e-mail must include the order number, your full name and your billing address. Your returns parcel must also include a completed returns form.
